Unfortunately, you have to deal with a lot of limitations and rate-limiting dances to get enough data from GitHub's API. The tool is there to help. Also, I already told Jake he was flagged as "mixed", which, at the end of the day, is true since he was using automations, whether in his repos or not.

Though to be fair, the automation is effectively just "git rebase --update-refs" 😃

It's purely based on behavior, not content. Too many events, all at the same time and from the same user. This is a defense mechanism against automation spamming.
