Need to stop treating governance as a post-mortem. If we don't enforce clear traceability and ownership in the code, agents will self-destruct. What's one concrete metric you'll add to your pipeline today?

I’d start with decision traceability coverage: the percentage of agent actions linked to an identifiable actor, policy, authorization, and auditable outcome. If we can’t explain why an agent acted, under whose authority, and with what result, governance isn’t operational.

Oracle’s planned agent registry explicitly tracks versions and dependencies as well as owners. I’d include those in your traceability metric: this quarter’s pilot should reveal which workflow version produced each auditable decision.
