I've had a lot of new followers recently but using clearsky it isn't showing me on any lists, so how/why did all these people find me?

Starter packs perhaps? Not the same as lists...

Oh maybe. Or perhaps going through the follow lists of other people

Also quite likely...

In my case, I found someone I know and went throught the list of his followers or who is he following. Then added those I know, or I'd like to follow. My list will grow eventually, I don't rush.

Lots of folks are using the Sky Follow Bridge extension to find people, and since your username matches, it's easy to find :)

Might need to look in to that app as well then. I joined bsky last year and none of these apps (or people) were here then!
