In many ways we are seeing the Civil War fought all over again. It is still about slavery and the few having power over the many. Today, the promotion of slavery for the benefit of Oligarchs has expanded to include anyone in or near poverty regardless of race. They want ignorant slaves. #NoKings

Nationwide demonstrations against ICE are planned across the US this weekend. The protests were sparked by the killing of Renee Nicole Good by an ICE officer in Minneapolis. "There is widespread anger right now," Ezra Levin, co-founder of the Indivisible, which opposes the administration of Trump.

What happened to Renee happens to women all over the world every day. A smiling woman tries to reassure a violent man that she is not mad at him, hoping he will not hurt her. He hurts her anyway because in his mind, she's nothing but a "f***ing bitch" and deserves it.

I believe Margaret Atwood said "Men are afraid women will laugh at them , women are afraid men will kill them ." I have had a few horrible experiences but I know many wonderful healthy men now. I married an apple pie guy that wouldn't tolerate that shit and says it if he sees it or hears it .

We are paying $75 billion dollars in taxes for this bullshit (July bill passed). This operation is not protecting the homeland nor making us safe; it is dangerous to be in the streets now. We have every reason to be rip-shit mad that we are giving up our healthcare and other benefits to pay for ICE.
