Please consider one of 2 solutions: 1) get your passport. NOW! yes, it’s expensive, yes the forms are not simple, but there are folks who can help. 2) petition the court to change your name to match your CERTIFIED birth certif. could be less expensive in your state.

I think DEMS need to introduce a bill that requires businesses to identify and display certificate as trumplican backers so I can easily know where NOT to buy/support their livelihoods like they continue to supporting his/theirs.

I call or message my Republican congresswoman several times a week.The response I get is a very well crafted response that says everything is going extremely well. I remind her that her constituents voted her in and they can vote her out because she’ll be held accountable for this nightmare.

Mine don't need to be told to do the right thing. You blue dots in red states have an overwhelming duty to start calling, writing, carrier pigeons, whatever.

If, for some godawful reason, this bill passes, I will file a court case to change my last name to match my birth certificate. The right to vote is worth the inconvenience of updating all my information. I know there are women who can't get a birth certificate. I'm brainstorming how to fix that.

I've been calling my senators to vote no on this for a long time now. They're both R...I doubt they care about anything but money and boot licking. I'll continue to call.

To be honest, most Female Democrats will have the necessary items, whereas Republican women most likely won’t.

Has anyone considered that the $ cost of getting a birth certificate, a marriage certificate, or a passport amounts to being a "poll tax"? Good news is, that will disincentivise women more likely to be GOP voters.
