I've heard others say it and I'm really feeling it too. We should definitely embrace the American flag as part of the resistance to fascism and the authoritarian government. It must stand as a symbol of decency and democracy, not what the GOP is trying to rebrand it as.

Wearing a cross necklace has been taken over by the conservatives as a sign of being a MAga. I quit wearing my cross. People will know I’m a Christian by my actions towards humanity. Those ladies can wear their cross, but their actions prove they lack humanity.

I’m not even Christian but I wear a cross because I received it as a gift from an important person in my life recently. I don’t think it belongs to anyone.

My husband (RIP) gave me a beautiful cross on our 25th wedding anniversary. I’ve never left the house without wearing it showing until last year when it would be under my shirt because I didn’t want to be mistaken for magat. On 1/1/2026, that changed. It now shows. No longer will they ruin that too!
