it's surprisingly not that janky. scratch docker containers with static musl binaries on a mac mini tunnelled through cloudflare. uptime: status.porch.porffor.dev

Yay, but if they never come to fruition, it's nice to know why, so others can either try to avoid that mistake, or not try it themselves and run into the same problems.
