Packing in the Seattle area for this: “Let’s see what the weather will be like in the other side of the continent! “Oh. Just like Seattle. 😔” 🌧️🌧️🌧️ Still, it’ll be fun, I’ll get to meet some people from the RCN IRL, and it will be nice to visit Montreal. Not like I’m not acclimated to rain.

Or not. American Airlines delayed the flight 11+ hours with a new connection to Montreal for a total of 21+ hours. I’ll miss most of the conference if I can’t book another airline. 🤬

I could either drive down to Portland—about a 3.5 hour drive—after being awake for the last 20 hours and a 2,200’ bike climb this morning, take now-overpriced flights that got me there after midnight Wednesday, or keep the new flight that got me there when the conference was half over. Canceled. 😡
