i do not appreciate marketing communication trying to sell me things always, but i will always appreciate Sweetwater for having an actual human sales representative designated to you that you can have a conversation with instead of fighting desperately with a chat bot for the answer you want

are you sure you dont want to tell a bot what your problem is by picking from 3 pre-determined options and when you select an option it pigeonholes you into choices that dont connect you with a human and amount to "email us so another bot can tell you we cant help you without hearing your issue"?
