the URL makes it seem pretty innocuous: “.ftp.cdc.gov/pub/health_Statistics/nchs/Software/mmds/2009/spell/mmds_spell.txt” MMDS is the “mortality medical database system”, and the /spell/ url makes me think that this is a “source of truth” form misspelled medical terms… possibly just spellchecking
