I think if the person in this byelection is found guilty, the seat should be given to the next voted person. That way the people aren't forced to fund a second when he's outed as a criminal.

Well said. In sports events if somebody’s found to have been doping, the medal goes to the next in line. And although Farage would easily pass any dope test, would he pass the Parliamentary tests? Not saying he wouldn’t, just asking a question. Wouldn’t want to get sued.
