How in the world is like every other car on the road blinding everyone else with either misadjusted headlights or using high beams, and nobody seems to be doing anything about it?

One thing I’ve learned from doing ICE watch is that surprisingly high number of vehicles have tinted windows, which I think is part of the problem

That’s a really interesting point. Tinted windows are another big pet peeve of mine since it’s illegal to do that more than a small amount for the front ones.
