US tells diplomats to leave in Saudi. Ukraine: Looks like it was Elon Musk who throttled speed of UKR drones via Starlink access, although Musk and the White House/Pentagon are still pointing fingers at each other. US has been holding talks in Tokyo with Myanmar.
