Hi! That's not the only factor behind this rule. There's also enforceability (much easier to detect AI art than code). And how the community at large uses AI (coders are more likely to use it than artists)

You can still have a rule against it, even if it’s difficult to enforce. Even if it’s impossible to enforce. Rules are also how you convey values. The values your rule is conveying is that the work of programmers is worth less than the efforts of other artists.
