So apparently the company that runs e-ticketing platform NéMO (formerly known as MyBus) went into administration a couple of weeks ago. And I learned that NéMO was an e-ticketing solution for several hundreds of French municipalities...
Which basically means that the e-ticketing in France took a massive step back (to paper). Just near me I know that Colmar, Mulhouse, Nancy, and Belfort used Némo.
And looks like some of the affected transport systems won't even provide refunds.
Mind you, their app was shite - "quirky" design at the expense of usability and speed - good riddance!
Hopefully something better will replace it soon.
