New pet peeve is people bringing up horrible things a type of animal supposedly does in a conversation about cute animals. First of all good, second you are worse than them. They're a fucking otter. You *chose*, with sapience and socialization(?), to attempt to suck the joy out of people's lives.

The fuck do these people expect anyone to do about it? Trauma therapy for all the stoats? Extermination campaign? What does it add to my life to think about this when I've posted a funny little wildlife video or photo in a group chat?
