Feel free to explain. During a fiscal crisis, couldn’t people be convinced to return to the old system (INS) to save money and lower taxes? It just needs to be marketed right. BTW I can remember people telling me that it wasn’t realistic to legalize marijuana or gay marriage, but here we are.
