What exactly is a “constitutional faith”? That’s not a legal category. You’re just making things up. Many Christian nationalists advocate beliefs that directly contradict the Constitution. Does that mean Christianity isn’t a “constitutional faith” either?

Any and all faiths are constitutional..... .....𝑶𝒓 𝑵𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑨𝒓𝒆. It's really that simple.

This is a breakdown of how the constitution allows and doesn't allow with regard to religion. These idiots must not know that the biggest reason people came to America was to escape religious persecution.

Except the First Amendment protects atheists as well under freedom of religion, and there is case law to that effect. So, a clever attempt to discredit the CoS but the point they make is legally moot. Even if you prove they’re atheists, they’re still constitutionally protected.

I don’t think satanists call themselves atheists. If you worship a deity you cannot be an atheist. The very word ‘theist’ kinda covers it.

Christians are traitors by my lights. Gets us nowhere but the worst place, immediately. Maybe a rule about the establishment of religion would prevent these disputes
