What does even "historically accurate" mean for an adaptation of a text that is not historically accurate. I'm not asking, I know: racism.

Also, as with 300, not only denigrating racism, but its somewhat less-discussed glorifying counterpart: hyper-masculine white ubermenschen. The muscles must be defined and oily. The armour must be very shiny.
