4. When a new file is added, it runs another script to process the file. I love this workflow because a. it's not exposing a URL to my mac mini on the internet b. my mac doesn't have to be online all the time Regarding (b), of course, Mac Mini is online all the time, but what about my MacBook?

I've set up a similar Shortcut that saves a file at Dropbox/MacBook/open-url-xxxx.txt Inside the file, there is a URL. And the script opens the url in the browser. It means from my iPhone I can send a command to my MacBook to open a URL whenever the MacBook is open and syncs with Dropbox.
