FsD saves lives , the statistics in the Netherlands prove it and I can concur. I use it daily and it drives extremely well , relaxed and confident in the most difficult situations. Monitoring is strict so you stay alert. FsD should be approved in all countries immediately to get more road safety.

You are also showing your ignorance. Tesla fsd supervised is ADAS not DCAS. UNECE has already reached r171 02 and under this fsd supervised would be permitted without any need for exemption. This objection is objectively false and in all likelihood politically motivated.

You really ought not to be. Tesla fsd is supervised by a real driver. If you don’t trust the driver to supervise. You don’t trust the driver to drive. Your arguments are baseless and not motivated by safety whatsoever. Will you be stopping drivers from Driving. ? Didn’t think so.

You think if they have more assistance to stay safe they will be more dangerous. If that is your argument they shouldn’t be in the car at all. So. Legislate for that. Rather than blocking safety technology.

Tesla FSD system is already in use in several countries, including the Usa and Canada for years, with ongoing expansion in China. It has been tested over billions of kilometers of real-world driving and continuously improves. FSD is already a proven and evolving technology, not just a concept.

This feels less like neutral safety analysis and more like selective skepticism. If ETSC challenges Tesla’s claims, fair enough, but then it should also engage seriously with the Dutch safety data instead of ignoring the strongest evidence in favor of approval.

To be clear: I’m not making a personal accusation. My concern is about transparency and whether ETSC is applying the same level of scrutiny to both sides: the risks of approving FSD and the risks of delaying a system that may reduce collisions.
