... I just saw shipping to Norway is 80$... that is shocking and very disappointing, 3x the price of any one item!

Are you located in a rather remote area of Norway by chance? The costs in the shipping include all the duties/import tax costs as well, so unsure if there's something in particular there adding to the price. We will look into it!

Definitely not remote at all. My girlfriend in the US has only 6$ of shipping costs, so I might send it over to her first, but without her it would definitely be too much. Thanks for the consideration :)
