Getting Windows to run Clearinet.exe as a native ARM64 binary by default doesn't seem to work even with the correct app.manifest declaration? Using __COMPAT_LAYER=ARM64 does seem to work fine though?

Oh, weird. It looks like it's inheriting the architecture of the process that creates it???
