as complicated as my relationship with alaska is and despite the fact that i couldn't bear living there in isolation again i think im always going to feel the pull of the place i miss a lot about it but seattle is definitely more my speed esp with the scene we have here

its the little things that really catch you. the sharpness of the winter air when you breathe in, the sunset silhouetted by mt. sleeping lady. the taste of highbush cranberry. snow. especially the snow. i miss her.
