Your coding agent => production worker You => management I don’t blame our agents for the terrible defect rates in our software lately but the engineers and culture in our organization that completely tossed design out of the window.

Design is the only path to simplicity that I know of, and simplicity is how classes of bugs are eliminated and our software scales w/ new requirements.
