It still is one of the world's great Cities, imho. It was at its peak in 2000-2010. Then started declining 2010-15. Took a nosedive after Brexit in 2016. Now it's going through its low period. It'll be back, most likely, but that'll take 10 years or more. Weather-wise it's a lot like .nl.
