Something is wrong with my Claude Code and I can't figure it out... The latest model I can use is Opus 4.5. It claims that updates are available but Homebrew says I'm on the latest version. I've tried re-installing and clearing my .claude directory to no avail. Any ideas?

There are multiple install methods, some of which may not even exist anymore. Are you accidentally running an old npm installation? They can exist side by side on a system without you noticing.

Just figured it out. I uninstalled my Homebrew version, and installed via the bash script on their docs 🫠 One would have thought they'd be the same but obviously not 😅
