With @onyszko.com and @nokillswit.ch we did experiments to drop Google entirely about 6 months ago. Experiment was successful. I’m not going back 😀

Probably gonna get closer to it (brave, perplexity etc) but replacing gmail and gdrive might be a challenge 😓

It is all about workflow and integrations. I personally never got hooked at Gmail, I use it as a spam boxes and need it to sign-up to YT or when someone shared something with me. But I'm on O365. Still looking for replacement for e-mail - might eventually switch to Hey but it is a bit pricey

Hey - to explain: it is a bit of expensive side to use with custom domain and compared to what I use right now (I have free access to O365) Still looks like good replacement and might hop on it eventually
