call me crazy but i think "great writers" do the actual writing themselves

Every time you type a fresh prompt from scratch, you're burning time & creativity. Great writers don’t just know what to ask AI - they build systems for how they ask it. Modular prompting = faster output, sharper tone, consistent results. No more prompt roulette. robertdevore.com/how-to-build...

In that case, it's the ghostwriters who do the writing. I can see the benefit of some use of AI for brainstorming or text analysis, but the actual writing of your creative work... well, it's not creative if you're not the one creating.

But famous authors who farm out the writing to other writers still takes the credit + money + accolades for the work. And beyond that, this isn't just about writing for book publishing, this is about streamlining marketing efforts, brainstorming ideas and refining it. It's a tool to use.
