Schumer was just live on the Senate floor, & the bill is going back to the House to have errors fixed; the House has to then vote on it again before it heads back to the Senate. So the GOP who said "I didn't know that was in there or I wouldn't've voted for it!" are about to eat their words. Lol.

Martial law will be declared and he wants no court interference.

Although I am not personally qualified to express an opinion on USA Constitutional law, I am willing to place a bet in Vegas that the Constitution would have to be amended to oust (or nullify) the jurisdiction of the courts, including their power to punish for contempt of their orders. Esp. USSC.

Calling is better. I was told by a politician that calling is the quickest way for them to get the message of what their constituents are wanting them to do.
