Thanks Petar! I’m building this as a side project for another side project I’m working on, as I wanted pretty much exactly that—Phoenix LiveView running distributed and accessing distributed libSQL data stores.

is libsql distinct enough that it warrants a separate thing from Ecto SQLite3 and exqlite? I thought they were compatible :)

libSQL supports reading and writing the SQLite file format, but also has the remote syncing capabilities provided by the Turso cloud, and some other nice extensions and improvements github.com/tursodatabas...

Isn't libsql being superseeded by turso? (The rust thingy, not the cloud one)

It eventually will be, yes. Turso (the company) is writing turso (the Rust rewrite of SQLite), but it’s still in alpha pretty much.
