First, they try to chop it out of you, which never succeeds while you get mamed. Second, the radiation and chemicals are barbaric. They attempt to make you painfully and slowly die in the often misplaced hopes that the cancer dies before you do. I'd much rather just die on morphine.

Thirdly, they do all this while confiscating the assets your loved ones would have otherwise received.
