Rewatching the Bride of Deimos OVA and it's still perfect. Can I go back in time and somehow get Rintaro to make more than one installment? There are so many great stories from the manga that could have been adapted! The world needs more cunty demon boyfriends cursing every other person in town.

I don't think I ever saw that and Rintaro was one of my favorites between the 999 films and Dagger of Kamui.

I'm pretty deep into his filmography now and I swear he never misses. Every film and OVA is an absolute banger

The manga is genuinely great, if you've never read it. Episodic horror stories featuring the titular Deimos, who oscillates between mild antagonist and sassy Crypt Keeper dishing out karmic justice.
