Talked with PEGI and they do not see anything wrong Balatro being rated 18+, nor with EA sports FC (and similar games) having a 3+ rating Blaming EU laws, blaming storefronts, waiting for the future. Sitting on their hands I thought some good might come of this, this sucks

just gotta have as much money as EA does so you can do what they do and pay them off and get them to rate your game whatever you want, it’s so easy

EA don't need to spend any money. Various governments have never classed sticker packs, collectable/trading cards, capsule machines, blind boxes, loot boxes or similar things as gambling. This issue is decades old.
