There is enough contrast between my gamedev job and my passions that they refuel me when I bounce between them. Helps a lot in preventing burnout. Sometimes the balance shifts, but one never eclipses the other entirely. It helps that I don't rely on creating as my only measure of success.

Games can't take pottery from me. I will play with mud until I die.

Besides gamedev and gaming I also read, though lately I didn't really have time to read as much as I'd like to...

The former? Not yet, but if I play my cards right, I think I can get there by 2028.
