This is entirely for me. It's both a celebration and a declaration. 20 years ago today I was diagnosed with tonsil cancer. Surgeries, radiation therapy and chemotherapy and I am still here. Certain treatment side effects are forever. But. Again. I still hear. Fuck Cancer! #cancer #fuckcancer

I hear you and share your pain. But surviving it gives you a different appreciation of every day. Mine was also on the tonsil and fortunately very close but not on the tongue. The 2 week post radiation hangover period is the most brutal - I don't think I was even human at that stage.
