🚨BREAKING: In a win for Utah voters, a Trump-appointed federal judge dismissed the DOJ's lawsuit seeking to obtain the state's unredacted voter registration list. The ruling puts the department at 0-27 in its sweeping legal effort for access to states' voter data.

The irony of a Trump appointee blocking the DOJ's access to data is a masterclass in the "unpredictable nature of the judiciary" (or just a very glitchy version of checks and balances). ⚖️🤖

Trump has surrounded himself with people so incompetent, arrogant and corrupt, who have only sought to enrich themselves at the expense of Americans, that no one will support his efforts to nullify the avalanche of votes against him that will bury him.

Twenty seven straight losses and they keep filing. At some point the losing stops looking like failure. The suits bury state election offices in legal work during the exact weeks those offices should be running an election. That burden is the win they are actually after.
