A vote tossed over how an envelope got sealed was never about integrity. And when officials have to mail the same voter four or five ballots just to get one counted, the paperwork trap is doing exactly the job it was built for.

Let me guess, they'll use these rejected and resend ballots as proof of voter fraud? "Some tried to send in four votes..."
