ffs-current makeup under this plan they want to get rid of is 5 Repubs and 2 Dems and, yet, they complain it is run by liberal leftists because they don’t like a ruling- ffs. Maybe the recommendations made by the panel to the governor are actually candidates who believe in the rule of law? ffs

They lose one gerrymander ruling and immediately try to redesign how judges get picked. The plan was never to win the argument. It was to own the referee.

This is why I support scotus reform and killing the Senate filibuster. They're marginal solutions to structural problems, and they're as likely to be gamed by Rs as they are to "work." But whether Ds do it or not, Rs will ABSOLUTELY do it the minute they feel their corrupt power waning.

Fascism brought to you by oligarchs because we don't tax the rich enough. If Maga wants to go back to pre civil rights let's go back to pre Reagan tax cuts for the rich and pre Reagan starting the tax on social security. Fair is fair

Red states are nothing short of being corrupt, neofeudal, caste-based banana republics. Just imagine what the US would be without the blue states. 3rd-world would be aspirational.
