Sure. But this is more sinister. Rejecting a 10,000 ballot batch for one scan error essentially guarantees every batch will be rejected. In practice this programs bans vote by mail.

I thought the court stopped trump & the USPS from implementing the changes that would affect mail in voting. Is trump ordering the USPS to ignore court rulings?
