🚨BREAKING: In a win for voters, a federal court blocked a part of Trump's anti-mail voting executive order directing USPS to withhold mail ballots from states that do not hand over private voter data to the federal government. The ruling blocks USPS from implementing the order nationwide.

The judge highlighted the importance of issuing a block now to prevent the Trump administration from unconstitutionally changing election rules just months away from the midterm elections.

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."
