Blackmail by the Federal govt for elections, in which the Fed's have no legal role.

Article I states have primary authority to conduct elections but Congress may issue regulations (hence the push for the “SAVE” Act). The executive branch has no role, period. But I don’t trust the SCOTUS. They have placed the issue on the “shadow docket” and they could very well ok the EO.

How any court can justify the federal government gaining access to voter registration information is beyond me.
