BREAKING: A federal judge declined to block Trump’s executive order targeting mail voting. The judge said no action had been taken to implement the order that would require immediate relief. Full story to come.

The judge did not necessarily disagree that the order could be unlawful. But he said the lawsuit was nonetheless premature since the order hasn't been implemented and Democrats and pro-voting groups haven't been harmed by it yet. Read the full story:

The ruling could potentially change election administration months before the 2026 midterms. However, the Democratic plaintiffs may have the option to renew their request to block the measure once additional facts come into light.

I don't see how this is any different from whatever Trump's done before that's gotten swatted down by the courts. I would've already said this EO was unconstitutional on the spot.

So, if I read this right, if/when they try some action related to this order, the plaintiffs can re-file.

What kind of judge acts this way? Trump has ZERO rights to impact voting period! Must be a Trump butt kissing judge. Whats next an executive order from Trump to collect a fee from all sales of everything going directly to Trumps personal bank account?
