Yes, but ridding the Court of Justices who violate the Federal Judicial Code of Conduct would require a COTUS amendment or impeachment. IMO, we shouldn’t rely on impeachment alone.

Do you have an alternative proposal? Believe me, I’d love for some one to convince me that there’s an easier way to go about saving American Democracy that won’t result in bloodshed and the suffering of millions of people, but it just hasn’t happened.
