So now the Republicans don’t really like having 3 co-equal branches of government, even though that is exactly what the founders intended. That is what the Constitution calls for. Trump is really worried, he doesn’t like anyone telling him no, so his sycophants are appeasing him by doing this.

Are repubs this ignorant? Do they know that there are 3 branches of govt? Obviously the MAGAts in congress don't know their a** from a hole in the wall. Or are they so beholden to trump, they are willing to bend over and take it?

So there is a law that applies nationwide. And a policy is enacted nationwide that violates that nationwide law. Why on earth would it then be inappropriate to make a ruling that is effective nationwide????

What is the "end game" for the Republican lawmakers? They are destroying their own careers. And, there will be zero upward mobility. If Trump is allowed to totally control this government, no one else will ever be allow to take over from him. It will be a Trump family dynasty.

This is up to our lower courts to push the <supreme court to preemptively cite constitutional boundaries and to protect lower courts rulings in an expeditious manner. We the people did not give up power, the GOP did not earn our power to wield, correction coming.
