While this might be appropriate if he was involved in some criminal mischief it reminds me of the recount parameters on Parks & Recreation. “If the recount results in a tie, the man will become mayor and the woman will be arrested.”

he was extremely involved in some criminal mischief. afaik the only reason he wasn't jailed was due to legislative immunity, which he no longer has
