Americans looking to purchase a home in the next few years will have a tough pill to swallow.

Hopefully my new job and four-year plan to sell/buy will work out well with the markets improving as a result of the (please Lord) American people waking up to Republican/MAGAtard fuckery and voting good, kind people into the House, Senate and White House... and governorships.
