This line in particular makes me feel ill: "The dissent would require that the 2026 congressional elections in Louisiana be held under a map that has been held to be unconstitutional." SCOTUS' Republican majority has long required elections to be held under illegal maps—when it hurts Dems.

This is partisanship at its rawest. SCOTUS has clamped down on lower courts for rulings that could alter maps many *months* before an election—even when those maps have been judged illegal. Here, it's rushing to let the Louisiana GOP change a map *while an election is underway.*

This is why I think order signed by Alito blocking 5th Circuit’s ruling banning telemedicine prescriptions of mifepristone nationwide is pure politics. SCOTUS far right majority knows 5th Circuit ban will hurt Republicans in November. Once the heat is off, SCOTUS majority will reinstate the ban.

What’s even more insane is Clarence ‘Affirmative Action’ Thomas! He’s like a Jewish capo in A Nazi Concentration Camp! Many were held accountable when Allied Liberation Went Down! Hopefully he will find out

I’m starting to suspect the only reason Jackson hasn’t put Alito’s “Federalist Society” letter opener through his eye and in to his brain pan is because she’s a much better person than I am.

Republican voters should be aware that while this helps your chosen party, you're not on the same side unless you happen to be a billionaire. You will also lose. It's really more of a "Rich vs everyone else" than a Democrat vs Republican.

It's why the majority should be arrested on the spot when a D president is elected. It's not arguable at this point; they are enemies of the United States Constitution and the Union.

Democrats lost. Part of it was bad luck and part of it was stupidity. Thurgood Marshall should not have retired under Bush. RGB should've retired under Obama. Now our goose is cooked. They will use their advantage on the court to create free and unfair elections and rule for the rest of my life.

It's also incorrect right? The ruling wasn't "maps that have minority majority districts are unconstitutional". The ruling was "Congress can't force legislatures to keep minority majority districts" right?

These inconsistent rulings by SCOTUS just baffles me to the point where they might down the road, overturn the Purcell v. Gonzalez decision from 2006 if a legal challenge ensues, causing more chaos.

My sentiments exactly! I will not support any Candidate (D) with any donation Unless they state specifically how they will hold the Nazis accountable for making a mockery of the constitution
