this is hardly the most problematic thing about Mark Sanford #SCSen, but his own campaign website heavily implies that he would consider himself fortunate to survive a full 6 year Senate term due to his age! “…in 6.5 years. Mark is 66 and hopes he will still be around…” www.marksanford.com/issues

this is the sort of age-related concern that: 1. the campaign should never have brought up to begin with 2. certainly should have been scrubbed when he repurposed his abandoned US House campaign website for a US Senate campaign, running for a seat vacated by an incumbent who literally died in office
