I would say the secret DHS policy “encourages” ICE agents to violate the Constitution rather than “authorizes” because DHS doesn’t have the power to authorize breakins without warrants.

I am so fucking sick of the mealy-mouthed *bullshit* from Dems terrified of actually DOING anything. ICE and CBP AND DHS need to be destroyed. Exterminated. Then we can start over under sane leadership, and create agencies that actually work, and actually *fight* crime instead of *committing* it.
